The school operating platform

The operating system for the AI-enabled school

Cyber Campus connects admissions, academics, finance, parents, teachers and leadership in one platform - with Talko, an AI companion that supports every learner beyond the classroom.

The Cyber Campus Principal Command Center: an alerts and operations panel showing absent teachers, exam conflicts, unread messages and stale inquiries, above tiles for student and teacher attendance, monthly collection, outstanding receivable, net profit and loss, cash balance, weak concepts and growth velocity.

The problem

Most schools aren’t short on effort. They’re short on connection.

Admissions in one tool. Attendance in another. Fees in a spreadsheet. Parent updates in a chat group. Each department works hard - but the school rarely sees one complete picture.

  • Fragmented data

The same student details re-entered in the admission register, the fee book, the attendance sheet and the report card.

  • Repeated work

Teachers and office staff doing by hand the work software should have finished before they arrived.

  • No real-time visibility

Leaders waiting on a report to learn something that happened three weeks ago.

One day, every role

A school already runs on a timetable. So does the platform.

The clearest way to explain a connected school is to walk through a single day. Each entry below is one action, entered once, arriving everywhere it is needed.

  1. The front office

Attendance opens. Absences are marked once and appear in the register, the parent portal and the principal’s dashboard at the same moment.

    Attendance
  2. The teacher

Lesson plan, homework, marks entry and class messages sit in one workspace. Nothing is entered twice.

    Teacher Workspace
  3. The finance desk

A parent pays part of a voucher at the counter. The receipt prints and a balanced journal entry posts to the ledger in the same action.

    Fees & Accounting
  4. The principal

One screen: attendance, collections, the admissions pipeline, syllabus coverage, and the exceptions that need a decision today.

  5. The parent

Homework, attendance and the fee statement arrive in the parent portal and on WhatsApp - not in a group chat with forty other parents.

  6. The student

One question that cannot wait until tomorrow. Talko explains it, and the teacher sees in the morning where the class got stuck.

Meet Talko

AI that answers to the classroom, not just to the student.

At 8:30 in the evening, a student is stuck on one homework question. Talko explains it - clearly, safely, and tied to what they are actually studying. Then it tells the teacher where the class struggled, so tomorrow’s lesson can start there.

I don’t get why the plant loses water from its leaves.

Think of the leaf like a wet cloth on a sunny day. Tiny openings let water escape as vapour - that’s transpiration. Want to try one question on it?

Why Cyber Campus

This is not another school ERP.

Traditional school software was built to record administration. Cyber Campus was built to strengthen education.

Built for scale

One standard. Every campus.

Opening your second campus shouldn’t mean rebuilding your systems. Neither should opening your twentieth. Cyber Campus gives school groups one platform, one set of standards, and complete visibility across every location - without taking away the flexibility each campus needs locally.

Implementation

Live in 90 days.

A managed rollout, not a leap of faith. Every implementation follows the same path, built to reduce disruption and build confidence from the first week.

Common questions

What school leaders ask us first.

If your question isn’t here, ask it on the call - we would rather answer it properly than guess at it on a web page.

Is Cyber Campus a school management system or a school ERP?

It does everything you would expect from school management software - admissions, attendance, fees, accounting, HR, examinations and report cards - and then goes further, connecting AI-supported learning, parent engagement and leadership insight in the same system. That is why we call it a school operating platform rather than an ERP.

Does Cyber Campus work for multiple campuses?

Yes. One installation runs many schools, and each school can run many campuses. Every record is scoped to its school and campus, roles belong to a specific campus, and head office gets consolidated reporting and campus comparison without campuses seeing each other’s data.

Does it include real accounting, or just a fee register?

Real double-entry accounting. There is a chart of accounts per school and campus, and every fee invoice, collection, discount, late fee, expense, payslip and library charge posts a balanced journal entry automatically. It produces a trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss, general ledger and receivable aging.

What can parents see?

Parents sign in to their own portal to see each child’s attendance, outstanding fees and recent invoices, school notices, and a plain-English Talko learning report. One login covers all their children, and the school can also send fee vouchers, receipts and reminders over WhatsApp.

Can the school message parents from the platform?

Yes. The Messaging Center runs threaded, two-way conversations between the school and each family, plus announcements scoped to a campus, class or section and fee-reminder runs. Messages go out from the school’s own WhatsApp number, and every one is logged with its delivery status.

What is Talko?

Talko is the AI learning companion built into the platform. Students work through curriculum-linked lessons with voice narration, practice activities and a tutor scoped to the lesson in front of them - and everything they do comes back to the teacher as learning evidence.

Can we import our existing student data?

Yes. Students import from a spreadsheet using a supplied template, with a downloadable error report for any rows that need fixing. Opening fee balances and arrears can be brought across too, and migration support is part of implementation.

How long does implementation take?

A typical single-campus rollout runs about 90 days: discovery and data audit in weeks one and two, configuration through week four, role-based training in weeks three to five, a pilot in month two, and full rollout in month three.

Is Cyber Campus cloud-based?

Yes. Staff, teachers, parents and students all use it through a browser, so a group can reach every campus from one login. Hosting and data residency are confirmed in writing with each school before rollout.
