Implementation
Live in 90 days. Supported the whole way.
Buying software is easy. Changing a school is not. Every implementation follows the same structured path - designed to reduce disruption and build confidence from the first week.
The method
Six steps, in this order.
These are sequential for a reason: configuring before discovery produces a system that fits nobody, and training before configuration teaches people a screen they will never see.
- Step 01
Discover
We learn how your school actually works today - the fee cycle, the academic calendar, who does what, and where the pain is worst.
- Step 02
Design
Your campuses, classes, sections, fee structures, chart of accounts, roles and document templates are configured to match your school, not a generic default.
- Step 03
Enable
Training by role - office, finance, teachers and leadership - so each group learns the part of the platform they will actually use.
- Step 04
Launch
A pilot with real data in a contained area, then the wider rollout once the pilot group is confident.
- Step 05
Improve
Review sessions after go-live to correct configuration, close gaps and fold in what you learned during the first weeks.
- Step 06
Grow
New campuses, new modules and new academic years are added on the same standard, without a fresh implementation each time.
Guided setup
The platform will not let you start half-configured.
Configuration is not left to memory or to a consultant’s spreadsheet. A setup checklist tracks the eight things a school genuinely cannot run without, marks each one complete as it is done, and points at the next outstanding step - so a campus cannot quietly go live with no chart of accounts and discover it at the first fee collection.
- 01Campus
- 02Academic & financial year
- 03Chart of accounts
- 04Classes & sections
- 05Fee types
- 06Subjects
- 07Students

The 90 days
What the first term looks like.
Timings shift with the size of the school and the state of your existing records. This is the shape of a typical rollout for a single campus.
Weeks 1-2
Discovery, data audit and migration plan
Weeks 2-4
Configuration: campuses, classes, fees, accounts, templates and roles
Weeks 3-5
Role-based training for office, finance, teachers and leadership
Month 2
Pilot with live data in a contained area
Month 3
Full rollout, parent portal and communication switched on
Ongoing
Partner success reviews and product updates
Our commitment
We stay with the school after implementation.
Adoption, confidence and continuous improvement matter more than installation. A strong partnership begins at implementation; it does not end there.
Our promise
Transformation is a journey, not an installation.
How we deliver it
- A dedicated implementation coordinator
- Leadership and user training
- Data migration guidance and import templates
- Ongoing technical support
- Product updates and enhancements
- Partner success reviews after go-live
Ask us what your migration would involve.
Tell us what your records look like today - spreadsheets, an old system, or paper registers - and we will tell you honestly what moving them would take.
