Leadership & insights

A 60-second morning briefing for every school leader.

A principal’s day shouldn’t start with six phone calls to six departments. The Command Center brings attendance, fees, admissions, academic progress, teacher activity and exceptions into one view.

The Cyber Campus Principal Command Center: an alerts and operations panel showing absent teachers, exam conflicts, unread messages and stale inquiries, above tiles for student and teacher attendance, monthly collection, outstanding receivable, net profit and loss, cash balance, weak concepts and growth velocity.

The morning view

Leadership begins with clarity.

Every principal starts the day with the same questions. Who is absent? Are fees on track? Which classes need support? Is the syllabus moving? Has that parent concern been resolved? The Command Center answers all five before the first bell.

  • Attendance

Student and staff attendance across the campus, as it is marked - not as it is reported later.

  • Fee collection

Collected against invoiced, outstanding balances and receivable aging, without waiting for the finance office to prepare a statement.

  • Admissions pipeline

Enquiries by stage and source, conversion rate, and where leads are stalling.

  • Academic progress

Syllabus and outcome coverage, exam results and performance trends across sections.

  • Teacher activity

Pending actions and workload visibility, so support is offered before a gap becomes a complaint.

  • Alerts and exceptions

The handful of things that genuinely need a decision today, separated from the numbers that are simply fine.

Early warnings

The dashboard should tell you what to look at.

A chart shows you what happened. Cyber Campus also runs a set of rules across the same data and raises the cases worth a leader’s attention - with thresholds you set for your campus, your school, or the whole group.

  • Dropout risk

Students whose attendance and results pattern matches those who left before.

  • Performance plunge

A section or student whose results have dropped sharply against their own trend.

  • Section under-utilisation

Sections carrying far fewer students than their capacity, campus by campus.

  • Curriculum bottleneck

Units where outcome coverage has stalled and the class is falling behind the plan.

Who sees what

A dashboard is only useful if the right person is looking at it.

Every tile on the dashboard is granted individually, per role, per campus. When a widget is withheld from a role, its numbers are never sent to that person’s browser at all - the data is removed on the server, not hidden in the page.

Reports hub

Beyond the dashboard sits a reporting hub covering financial and fee reports, academic reports, people and HR reports, each carrying its own permission and each printable or downloadable as PDF.

  • Fee collection & defaulter list
  • Fee generated vs collected
  • Class vs assigned fee
  • Fee lifecycle
  • Admissions fee
  • Late fee report
  • Trial balance
  • Balance sheet
  • Profit & loss
  • Receivable aging
  • General ledger
  • Consolidated group statements
  • Attendance & academic reports

For school groups

Every campus, seen with the same clarity as one.

Groups and franchise networks get cross-campus comparison, consolidated reporting and central role management - without campuses being able to see each other’s data.

  • Every campus, one login

Head office sees each campus without switching accounts, while a campus admin only ever sees their own.

  • Campus comparison

Campuses ranked side by side on revenue, profit and margin, so a conversation about performance starts with the same numbers.

  • Consolidated financials

A chart of accounts seeded per school and per campus, consolidating into one financial picture for the group.

  • Look inside a campus without leaving your seat

Head office can switch its whole view to a branch and read every screen as that branch sees it - with writes refused for the duration and a banner saying so, so a look never becomes an edit.

  • Owned campuses and franchises, counted apart

A franchise is a separate business, so its fee income never lands in the group’s own totals. Head office sees a franchise through the royalty screen, and the dashboard header names the campuses its figures actually cover.

  • Royalty invoicing

Royalty invoices raised from the main campus against franchise campuses only - head office never bills itself - with payments recorded and tracked against them.

Our promise

The principal’s morning view - every priority, in one glance.
